Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).\r\nKey Requirements and Technology Experience\r\nKey Skills: 401k experience, BA experience (client facing /requirement gathering).\r\nBackgrounds the team has hired in the past (HR Payroll, HR Generalists, Sales & Technology Sales, Actuaries, Pension Admins, BA's).\r\nA solid understanding of Client proprietary systems such as FPRS, FocusPoint, TSO, PPMC and PSW.\r\nDon't really care too much about job titles, it's the 401K and BA experience they are looking for that is the most important.\r\nDO NOT need a technical person for this. This is a very functional type of role.\r\nThis position requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in a combination of implementation and/or 401(k) operations.\r\nThe individual should have a general understanding of the retirement market, client service, implementation processes, and a demonstrated ability in the duties and responsibilities mentioned above.\r\nA detailed understanding of Client and its products and services is preferred.\r\nStrong organisational and operational skills and the ability to work well with internal partners.\r\nThe ability to anticipate potential problems and to plan for such events.\r\nProven problem-solving and client management abilities.\r\nExcellent written and oral communication skills and attention to detail.\r\nA solid understanding of Client proprietary systems such as FPRS, FocusPoint, TSO, PPMC and PSW.\r\nStrong presentation, consulting, and negotiating skills.\r\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and problem identification skills.\r\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.\r\nOur client is a leading Financial Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
