Key ResponsibilitiesManage a team of administrators, engineers, and a Technical Program Manager, providing coaching and performance feedback
Facilitate sprint planning and ensure engineering standards for code quality and technical documentation
Maintain platform stability and operational health while managing license entitlement and vendor relationshipsRequired Qualifications7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in an administrative or engineering role
3+ years of experience in people management leading technical teams
Expertise in Platform Analytics and experience with license entitlement management
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Proven ability to communicate platform strategy to technical and non-technical audiences
