We provide unparalleled capabilities with our biospecimen sourcing, lab analysis, sample management and storage services, informatics software, and consumables, with the largest installed base managing over 1 billion samples globally.\nHow You Will Add Value\nThe Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and successful completion of complex commercial and strategic projects.\nWhat You Will Do\nDevelop comprehensive project plans leading project teams to define scope, timelines, budgets, and resource needs.\nDevelop, lead, motivate, and manage high performance project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.\nProactively identify and mitigate project and product risks, developing mitigation plans as needed.\nClearly communicate project status updates to all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior leadership.\nMonitor project progress and address issues promptly to keep projects on track.\nManage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.\nDevelop and implement effective project management methodologies.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.\nMaintain compliance with corporate Quality Management System policies and procedures including any required SOPs, Work Instructions and Templates.\nWhat You Will Bring\nMinimum 5+ years of experience in software project management roles.\nProven track record of successfully delivering complex commercial Laboratory Information System (LIS or LIMS) deployment projects on time and within budget.\nLife Science or Clinical Diagnostic industry experience preferred.\nStrong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.\nThe ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.\nDeep sense of accountability for all aspects of a project and the tenaciousness to drive tasks to their completion.\nExceptional attention to detail, time management, organizational and decision-making skills\nProficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Aha, Azure DevOps, Digital Whiteboards).\nA bachelor's degree in the Sciences, Engineering or equivalent industry experience.\nEOE M/F/Disabled/VET\nIf any applicant is unable to complete an application or respond to a job opening because of a disability, please email at Recruiting@azenta.com for assistance.\nAzenta is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
