Come and join our team, where you are a team member and shareholder, working together for growth.Bellatrix has the current position open, and we are looking for top talent to help us shine in this mission.Title: Program Manager DCGS Training ProgramLocation: San Angelo, TX AFBProgram: Airforce/ Contingent upon Contract awardDetermine and define project scope and objectivesOversee business process improvement analysis and project management support for DCGS support tof 313 TRS and Intelligence Analysis PRogramCoordinate tasks and review work products for completeness, quality, and adherence to customer requirements and Quality Control Plans (QCPs)Meet the requirements of all work with a focus on client and customer service, as well as monitor and proactively manage Contract requirements.The PM and 17th TRSS COR(s) will work closely together to establish a Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M), balance the workload, and ensure that the work to be completed meets all expectations and projected timelines. The PM will notify the 17th TRSS COR(s) if the timelines are at risk and will develop the required remedy actions to get back on schedule.Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and business process improvements.
