General Manager - Fine Dining Restaurant
Job Summary

Responsibilities
Lead daily restaurant operations, including managing front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver outstanding service and food quality.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards and consistency in presentation.
Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and monitoring stock levels to minimize waste and control costs effectively.
Supervise staff training and development initiatives, including interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing coaching to build a high-performing team.
Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation with accuracy.
Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and health codes across all restaurant operations.
Coordinate shift management, scheduling staff efficiently to meet business demands during peak hours.
Foster a positive team environment through leadership in hospitality management, staff training & development, and effective communication.
Requirements
Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments with supervising responsibilities.
Strong background in food industry operations including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols.
Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling is essential.
Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, and food management practices.
Excellent leadership skills with experience in team management, training & development, and staff supervision.
Prior experience in restaurant management with a focus on customer service excellence.
Knowledge of kitchen management processes including food production, catering services, banquet operations or hotel experience is advantageous.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high standards of hospitality and food quality.
