The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and updating Program of Instruction (POI) materials and ensuring high-quality instructional content and instructor certifications across all ACV training domains.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop, manage, and update specific Marine Occupational Specialty (MOS) training materials aligned with ACV systems and procedures.\nConduct and interpret results from:\nGap Analysis\nJob/Task Analysis\nLearning Analysis\nMethod/Media Analysis\nEngineering Change Proposals\nTechnical Manual updates\nMaintain and update Master Courses of Instruction for each ACV POI.\nReview and reconcile Comment Resolution Matrices (CRMs) for draft Technical Manuals, incorporating TM updates into training materials.\nEvaluate instructor proficiency and issue/track instructor certifications in accordance with PM AAA standards.\nCollaborate with the Government Training Manager to review training requirements and ensure instructional materials align with operational needs.\nContribute to the development and maintenance of:\nPrincipal End Item (PEI) Baseline Comparison Reports\nTraining Front End Analysis Reports\nTraining Systems Plans\nBasic Qualifications:\nU.S. Citizen with an active Secret Security Clearance.\nDemonstrated experience in curriculum development and instructional systems design, preferably in a defense or military environment.\nStrong technical acumen with the ability to interpret and translate complex vehicle systems and procedures into clear, instructionally sound training content.\nProficiency in using analysis tools to support systematic curriculum design and gap resolution.\nAbility to manage instructor certification programs and maintain detailed records.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nHave attended USMC Curriculum Developers Course.\nOther Requirements:\nUS Citizenship required for this Position: Yes\nPerformance Location: Camp Pendleton, CA\nRelocation Assistance: No\nClearance Type: Secret\nTravel Required: Yes 25%\nWorking Environment:\nThe usual daily work conditions will be in an office environment located at Camp Delmar, Camp Pendleton, CA. The job requires occasional lifting of computer and other equipment, generally not in excess of 50 lbs., usually in connection with equipment transport to off-site locations for exercise events. The exercise support staff typically travels with a low degree of frequency.
