You will work on distributed, data-intensive applications in a collaborative environment that values ownership, technical rigor, and continuous improvement.\r\nPosition Location\r\nRemote, Canada\r\nRemote, United States\r\nReports To\r\nManager, Software Engineering\r\nWhat We're Looking For\r\n1–3 years of experience as a software engineer (ideally within a multi-tenant SaaS or data-centric environment)\r\nExperience with cloud-based development (Azure and/or AWS)\r\nDevelopment experience with .NET, Java, or a comparable back-end language\r\nStrong data skills, including SQL proficiency and working with structured datasets in production\r\nFamiliarity with modern front-end frameworks such as React and languages like TypeScript\r\nExperience working in collaborative, team-oriented environments\r\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally\r\nAdditional Skills (Nice-to-Haves)\r\nExperience building data-rich applications (especially in retail, hospitality, or restaurant tech)\r\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (Function Apps, Storage Queues, etc.)\r\nExperience with web automation/scraping tools such as Playwright\r\nExposure to analytics platforms, reporting tools, or data visualization systems\r\nUnleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning\r\nBuild with impact: Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions across our Delivery and Recovery platforms.\r\nOwn your work: Contribute to architectural discussions and help evolve systems that support multi-tenant, data-heavy applications.\r\nOperate with Agility and Resilience: We are looking for a highly hands-on, resourceful engineer who thrives in a dynamic environment.
