This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless client experience, maintaining efficient internal workflows, and supporting the advisor(s) in delivering high-quality financial planning and investment services.\r\nThe ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, exercises sound judgment and discretion, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nAdministrative Support\r\nManage the advisor's calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel\r\nCoordinate internal and external meetings; prepare agendas and capture meeting notes\r\nScreen calls, emails, and correspondence, responding or escalating as appropriate\r\nPrepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials\r\nClient Service & Relationship Support\r\nServe as a point of contact for client service and operational requests\r\nPrepare and process client paperwork with accuracy and timeliness\r\nAssist in meeting preparation, including generating reports and client-ready materials\r\nMaintain client records and ensure data accuracy in CRM systems\r\nCommunication & Coordination\r\nAct as a liaison between advisors, clients, and internal/external stakeholders\r\nDraft, review, and edit correspondence and communications\r\nCoordinate projects and follow up on deliverables and deadlines\r\nSupport special projects, research, and data analysis\r\nAssist with planning events, client meetings, and firm offsites\r\nAdvisor & Business Support\r\nSupport advisor(s) with scheduling, meeting logistics, and follow-ups\r\nAssist with reporting, performance summaries, and portfolio documentation\r\nTrack key business metrics and assist with operational reporting\r\nSupport implementation of new tools, systems, and technology\r\nConfidentiality & Discretion\r\nHandle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality\r\nMaintain professionalism and discretion in all interactions\r\nQualifications\r\nRequired\r\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience\r\n1–3+ years of experience in an operations or assistant-type role\r\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\r\nStrong organizational and time-management skills\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\r\nCore Competencies\r\nStrong attention to detail\r\nAbility to multitask and prioritize effectively\r\nProblem-solving and critical thinking skills\r\nInterpersonal skills and professionalism\r\nAdaptability and initiative\r\nCompensation & Growth\r\nPart-time\r\n$25.00/ hourly\r\nFlexible in-office position in San Francisco.
