Job Summary

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through outside sales efforts and community engagement
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance policies, including commercial auto and property insurance, etc.
Conduct negotiations to close sales and ensure client satisfaction
Manage sales administration tasks such as documentation, policy updates, and follow-up communications
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies
Assist clients with benefits administration and claims processes, ensuring compliance with audits and recommendations when applicable
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining ongoing communication
Skills
Strong outside sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining client trust
Retail sales experience preferred, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client populations
Proficiency in sales administration and analysis skills to track performance metrics and improve strategies
Effective communication skills for engaging clients through various channels including telemarketing and face-to-face interactions
Knowledge of insurance sales processes, benefits administration, marketing techniques, and customer service best practices
