Design scalable and cost-efficient AI architectures for production workloads and select appropriate models. Drive technical direction, collaborate with product managers, contribute to shared patterns, and mentor engineers. Design guardrails to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant AI behavior, mitigating risks like hallucinations and prompt injection.What You'll Need Minimum of 10+ years of experience in AI Engineering. Strong understanding of LLM capabilities, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and RAG architectures. Hands-on experience designing agent-based architectures, including tool use, planning, and memory mechanisms. Solid backend/system design fundamentals and experience building and deploying production-grade systems. Ability to translate user needs into effective AI solutions and balance quality, latency, and cost.
