This role will be responsible for leading a team of Implementation Specialists, developing ongoing plan operations as needed, and will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving client inquiries as well as monitoring projects and plans to ensure implementations are processed efficiently. This includes:\nResponsible for leading a small implementation team.\nAbility to manager and ensure deliverables are within timeline and scope.\nEnsure clients get the best implementation experience and guidance throughout the process and are implemented in a timely and efficient manner.\n\nOverseeing the implementation of new HCM and Benefit Services clients.\nOrganize and lead meetings with the clients to promote forward progress of the implementation process.\nBring in Subject-Matter Experts (SME) to cover topics and assist in configuration of Onboarding/Offboarding, Benefits, TLM, GL, Applicant Tracking and additional ancillary products.\nUltimately responsible for client satisfaction before being transitioned to Customer Service.\nFollow defined project plan in order to effectively implement additional HCM services.\nCommunication of all steps, and progress on a regularly scheduled basis with client and team.\nSchedule and complete necessary new client on-site, telephone, or internet training to customer's satisfaction.\nManage client relationship and provide primary client service throughout implementation.\nWhat experience and skills do I need to be successful?\nBachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent preferred.\nExcellent organizational skills.\nA strong product, service and technical background.\nHighly organized, able to multi-task and work with others, etc.\nExcellent communication skills.\nProven customer service skills.\nHCM and iSolved experience is a plus.\nGreat Perks and Benefits:\nSome major perks we offer are long-term job stability, work-life balance to support raising a family, and significant opportunity to grow your career within the company.
