Senior HR Business Partner

Supporting HR initiatives and employee relations, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees while operating remotely within the Central Time Zone.Key responsibilitiesServe as a primary contact for HR policies and procedures, assisting managers and employees with inquiries and concernsSupport talent processes such as recruiting, onboarding, and performance management, while ensuring compliance with HR policiesCompile and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and identify workforce trendsRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experienceThree to five years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner supportExperience in employee relations and performance management within a regulated environmentStrong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR systems, with proficiency in Microsoft OfficeProfessional certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
