We're hiring a Senior Manager, Corporate Finance to lead forecasting and Anaplan operations for Corporate FP&A and serve as the Finance Business Partner for all G&A functions . This is a high‐impact individual contributor role for someone who thrives in complex modeling, scalable process design, and cross‐functional partnership.You will shape how we plan, forecast, and allocate resources for the teams that power the company's growth.What you'll do: Own Corporate Forecasting and PlanningLead monthly forecasts, quarterly updates, and the annual planning cycleBuild and maintain integrated three‐statement models for Corporate FP&ATranslate headcount plans, operating initiatives, and investment decisions into financial impactsSupport executive‐level reporting and Board materialsImprove forecasting accuracy and the operating cadence across all G&A functionsCo‐Lead Anaplan and Financial Systems for Corporate FP&AServe as the Corporate Finance Anaplan owner—model builds, enhancements, and governanceReplace manual work with scalable, automated workflowsPartner with IT, Data, and Engineering to enhance financial data qualityHelp standardize processes across ERP, HRIS, procurement, and financial systemsBe the Finance Partner to G&ASupport HR, IT, Legal, Finance, Facilities, and other G&A groups with planning and decision supportBuild capacity and headcount models in partnership with the People TeamSupport software procurement and vendor rationalization with the CIO organizationDeliver insights that guide decisions—not just reportsRequired qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Corporate Finance or FP&AStrong three‐statement modeling and forecasting skillsHands‐on Anaplan ownership or implementation experienceExperience building scalable planning processes and systemsSystems mindset with a focus on automation and simplificationProven ability to partner with senior leaders across functionsComfortable operating in fast‐paced, dynamic environmentsExperience writing clear business requirements for technical teamsPreferred qualifications: Experience in aerospace, defense, robotics, hardware, or deep techFamiliarity with government contract structures and program accountingExperience supporting G&A and headcount‐driven planningStrong data fluency (dashboards, data models, integrations, unit economics)Who you are: Mission‐driven and motivated by impactA systems thinker who builds for scale and durabilityClear, calm, and structured under pressureA direct communicator who elevates decision‐makingAutomation‐oriented and constantly improvingHigh integrity and comfortable with tradeoffsWhy it matters: The teams and systems you support are foundational to how we scale.
