The Project Manager will provide the on site management of team\nmembers and third party labor in the execution of retail store set ups, refreshes, remodels and\nconversions, to include assisting with project planning, scheduling, engaging with vendors, store\npersonnel and performing any task required to successfully complete the customers project.\n\nSalary:\n65k - 70k Annually (based on experience)\n\nBenefits Include:\nPaid travel expenses\nPer Diem\n401K\nAvailable health, vision and dental insurance\n\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nProject planning & prework\nProject oversight\nScheduling\nManaging team members\nRegular and timely communication with management, peers and customers\nProgress reporting\nSuccessful completion of projects\nOther duties as assigned\n\nSuccess Factors, Knowledge & Abilities:\nExcellent communication, both written and verbal, via email, phone and virtual meetings\nAptitude to establish priorities, meet deadlines, manage one's own time, and proceed with\nobjectives with limited supervision\nA natural problem solver. Willingness to adapt as necessary to project demands, while completing\nthe task and/or project as assigned\nAbility to meet the needs of the customer\nExemplary organizational skills.\nFlexibility to travel on weekends or evenings, and conduct business outside of normal business\nhours\nThis position requires extended time away from your home base\n\nEffective leadership skill set\nWorking knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft products to include Sheets/Excel etc.\n\nMinimum Job Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma\nValid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record\nService oriented approach\nMust be able to work any day of the week\nRetail experience in related fields (home improvement/hardware and building materials sector) is\npreferred but not mandatory.\nMust be willing to travel out of town 75% to 80% of workdays during the year. This position\nrequires time away from your home base.\nStrong organizational and decision making skills.\nExcellent communication skills\n\nEssential Physical Requirements:\nMust possess demonstrated ability to manage physical assets and perform physical work,\nincluding lifting merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds, reaching products on shelves and\nclimbing ladders\n\nInformational:\nThough successful Project Managers may be considered for other opportunities within the\ncompany, the position carries no guarantee of career progression.
