This includes operating the machine to roll dough into sheets and to form crackers and prepare for baking. This includes adjusting between rollers. They are also responsible for working closely with the mixer operator to help move the dough through the machine and hoppers.\nDepartment: Production\nReports To: Production Manager\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh School Diploma/ GED preferred.\nExperience in food manufacturing required.\n1 - 3 years of machine operator experience required.\nMust be able to speak, read, and write in English\nWork Hours:\n2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:20 PM\n3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:20 AM\nWork Environment: This job operates in a food production and warehouse setting. The floor surface is concrete. The noise level is moderate with no vibration.
