Advanced degree preferred\n• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture and Business Application development\n• Extensive experience in Solution Architecture patterns such as micro-front ends,\nmicroservices, 12 factor applications etc.\n• Prior Software development background\n• 5+ years of relevant task management experience\n• Hands-on and architectural experience with modern Cloud Native architectures is required,\nas well as, demonstrable record of leading architects through organizational\ntransformations\n• 3+ years of relevant large-scale enterprise transformation experience as relates to\narchitecture preferred\n• Experience in Generative AI, demonstrable record of applicability of AI/ML to solve business\nproblems.\n• Prior experience in the primary or secondary mortgage industry is desirable\n• Deep knowledge of various enterprise level Platforms widely used in the industry preferred\n\nKeys To Success in the Role:\n• Highly motivated and energetic self-starter with solid organizational and time management\nskills;
