Our mission spans multiple domains, including Infrastructure, Cloud Systems, and Engineering Systems, to accelerate value delivery and operational excellence.\r\nThe Senior Manager, Engineering - Cloud Infrastructure leads multiple engineering teams focused on building and optimizing cloud-native infrastructure solutions. This role drives Kubernetes-based orchestration and ensures reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency across Relativity's platform. The position partners with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure services that enable rapid innovation while maintaining operational excellence.\r\nJob Description and Requirements\r\nResponsibilities\r\nLead and mentor engineering teams responsible for cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes orchestration.\r\nDefine and execute strategies for scalable, secure, and cost-efficient infrastructure services.\r\nCollaborate with product and architecture teams to design and implement containerized solutions for Relativity's platform.\r\nDrive operational excellence through observability, automation, and continuous improvement practices.\r\nEnsure compliance with security and regulatory standards in all infrastructure deployments.\r\nFoster a culture of innovation, ownership, and inclusive collaboration within the engineering organization.\r\nPartner with leadership to align infrastructure initiatives with business objectives and product roadmaps.\r\nMinimum Qualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.\r\n8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.\r\nProven expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\r\nHands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration at scale.\r\nStrong understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.\r\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\r\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nAdvanced degree in Computer Science or related field.\r\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm) and observability tools.\r\nBackground in managing distributed teams across global locations.\r\nCompensation\r\nRelativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $178,000 and $266,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
