The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge of AWS with proven program management skills to deliver successful migration initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.\nKey Responsibilities\nClient Engagement Leadership\nClient Relationship Management: Serve as primary onsite client contact and trusted advisor for cloud migration initiatives\nExecutive Engagement: Present program status, risks, and strategic recommendations to C-level stakeholders\nBusiness Alignment: Ensure migration strategy aligns with business objectives and drives measurable value\nChange Leadership: Lead organizational change management and adoption of cloud-first operating models\nOnsite Program Management\nStrategic Planning: Develop migration roadmap, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple waves\nOnsite Coordination: Lead daily onsite operations and coordinate with offshore delivery teams\nBudget Management: Control $10-15M with the platform team to deploy and maintain the platform\nTechnical Integration: Coordinate between client infrastructure, application, security, and network teams\nQuality Gates: Define and enforce technical criteria for wave completion and go-live decisions\nMigration Tools: Experience with migration tools & Application Discovery Service\nAWS Core Services: Understanding of core services: EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS\nDelivery Management\nWave Planning: Sequence workload migrations based on dependencies and business priorities\nResource Coordination: Manage onsite technical teams, milestones, critical path, and escalate blockers to client leadership\nIssue Resolution: Drive rapid resolution of technical impediments and facilitate cross-team collaboration onsite\nStandards Enforcement: Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and architectural standards\nProcess Optimization: Continuously improve migration processes based on lessons learned\nKnowledge Management: Capture and share technical patterns, procedures, and best practices\nStakeholder Management\nBusiness Alignment: Ensure migration priorities align with business objectives and minimize Candidate Profile\nMinimum 10 plus years of IT Infrastructure experience\n6 plus years of experience in IT program management, with 1 2 successful AWS cloud migration programs.\nProven ability to manage migration projects involving 500 1000 servers and 30 50 applications.\nStrong program management, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.\nHands-on experience with AWS migration tools and cloud-native services.\nExperience in managing large-scale cloud migration projects.\nKnowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles.\nExperience with Migration, Modernize and DevOps practices and tools.\nFamiliarity with compliance and regulatory requirements related to cloud computing\nExtreme familiarity with Cloud Adoption framework and Well Architected Framework\nStrong analytical skills, business-focused and passionate about the customer experience.\nMust be able to work in a dynamic work environment.\nExcellent communication skills, resourcefulness, and ingenuity in solving problems.\nAbility to work with minimal supervision while managing a variety of responsibilities.\nTechnical Skills: Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g.,
