We deliver 360° marketing solutions, from social and influencer marketing to paid media, email, creative development, and web design, all with a unified, data-driven approach. This role would manage a team of 4 direct reports and growing.With over $17M in revenue and a team of 80+, our clients include Tatcha, Medik8, Jergens, Raw Sugar, SkinMedica, Rimmel, Dr. Dennis Gross, and many more.Position OverviewWe’re seeking a Senior Director, Account Services - Digital Growth to lead and drive day to day client success across a portfolio of high-growth, high profile integrated accounts.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of account leadership, performance marketing, and integrated growth strategy. You will serve as the connective tissue across paid media, performance content, and analytics, ensuring that work is not only strategically sound but delivers results.This role requires someone who is close to the work, able to translate strategy into action, and confident in guiding both clients and internal teams through the nuances of digital growth.ResponsibilitiesAct as a senior, trusted partner to clients, building relationships grounded in credibility, clarity, and a deep understanding of performance marketingOwn the day to day client experience, ensuring work is aligned to business goals and consistently driving measurable growthTranslate client objectives into clear, actionable strategies across paid mediaBring strong pattern recognition to identify opportunities, risks, and performance gaps to proactively course correctStay close to category trends, platform changes, and competitive activity, bringing forward POVs that move client thinking forwardConfidently lead senior client conversations, balancing strategic guidance with practical, executional recommendationsConnect the dots across channels, ensuring paid media, creative, and analytics are working toward a unified growth strategyMaintain a strong understanding of how platforms actually work, using that knowledge to challenge, guide and sharpen executionOwn performance narratives across accounts, ensuring data is clearly translated into insights and next stepsGuide teams in identifying what’s working, what’s not, and what to test next with a strong bias toward actionEnsure reporting tells a clear story that connects channel performance to client business resultsOversee account health, resourcing and delivery, proactively mitigating risks and stepping in to unblock work or reset direction when neededLead and develop Account Directors and Managers, raising standards whilst staying hands on when neededRequirements10+ years of experience in digital marketing, account services, or integrated growth roles within an agency environmentProven experience managing and growing complex, multichannel client relationships with a strong focus on performance outcomesStrong understanding of performance marketing across paid search, paid social, and broader digital media ecosystemsNot a day to day platform operator, but highly fluent in platform mechanics, optimization levers, and performance driversExperience working in integrated environments that include media, creative, and analytics functionsComfortable operating in both strategy and execution, willing to get into the details and ensure work is done rightStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable recommendationsExperience leading and developing high performing teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills with confidence presenting to senior client stakeholdersHighly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast paced environmentBenefitsMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Benefits401kHybrid working schedule (remote + in-office)A fast-paced, high energy & dog friendly office space in Downtown San Diego with snacks and coffee!Company-Paid Parking at our Downtown San Diego OfficePaid Professional Development OpportunitiesSalary: $150,000 - $175,000
