On an urgent basis, we are seeking a talented Senior Solutioins Consultant with deep experience with ServiceNow applications experience who would join our team on a high profile client in HealthCare Industry.Position Summary:We are looking for a seasoned hands-on ServiceNow Solutions Consultant. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of relevant experience delivering ServiceNow capabilities for clients. The role requires the consultant to have expert levek knowledge in ServiceNow's Common Service Data Model (CSDM). The consultant selected will lead the effort to conduct a discovery of all ServiceNow applications in client ecosystem and then lead the CSDM design and delivery of a pilot program including object data modeling and set up.In the selection process, a strong emphasis will be placed on candidate's strong communication skills (verbal and written), ability to work with cross functional teams ((internal and external to the project).Qualifications:In a lead capacity, at least ten (10) years of ServiceNow project implimentation experience , including but not limited to initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and/or closing processes on projects, with at least seven (7) years of that experience as the Lead Consultant.At least tem (10) years of experience working on technology software/application projects that followed a formal system development life cycle.At least five (5) years of hands-on experience of ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework and data modeling experienceAt least five (5) years of experience of ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM toolsAt least five (5) years of experience as using Agile project management frameworkAt least five (5) years of experience using Microsoft Project to create and manage detailed project schedules.At least five (5) years of experience utilizing Microsoft Excel, Visio and other analytical tools.At least five (5) years of experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and business units.At least five (5) years of experience in the creation of communication and Organizational Change Management plans and the development and delivery of communication messages to varied stakeholder groups.At least five (5) years of experience with Agile delivery in enterprise-wide initiatives.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited or government sanctioned college/university in a related field.Preferred Attributes:Team player, Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company.Comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on tactical execution.Passion for mentorship, collaboration, and creating mutually beneficial partnerships.Compensation & Benefits:Excellent and competitive base salary depending on experience and qualifications
