SR Business Development Coordinator
A prestigious, top international law firm is seeking a Senior Business Development Coordinator to support high-performing practice groups across strategic BD, marketing, pitches, rankings, events, and client development initiatives.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-4+ years of experience in legal marketing/business development who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with attorneys and firm leadership. The role will be hybrid in Washington, D.C.Key Responsibilities:Supporting pitches, RFPs, and Chambers/Legal ranking submissionsAssisting with strategic business development initiatives and market researchCoordinating client events, webinars, and thought leadership activitiesManaging website content, marketing collateral, and client communicationsTracking business development activity, budgets, and CRM/database updatesSupporting lateral integration and practice group initiativesQualifications:Bachelor's Degree required2-4 years of legal marketing, business development, or client development experience.Strong writing, organizational, and communication skillsExperience with CRM/databases such as DealCloud/Foundation is a plusComfortable leveraging AI tools and technology to improve workflow efficiency
