Our team combines the rigor of top-tier consulting with the pace and ambiguity of a startup environment.We are seeking a Senior Strategist to help evaluate and pursue new growth opportunities across a portfolio of businesses. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, assessing emerging technologies, and helping shape new products and ventures from concept to execution.What You'll DoConduct market, competitive, and industry research to identify emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and new growth opportunities.Develop business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations to support investment and prioritization decisions.Evaluate new products, technologies, startups, and business models across areas such as AI, SaaS, fintech, and enterprise software.Structure ambiguous business problems and translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights.Support venture incubation efforts through workstreams such as pricing strategy, go-to-market planning, commercialization, and growth strategy.Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders.Collaborate closely with product, technology, design, and business teams to assess opportunities and support new venture development.QualificationsBachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.4–8 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, growth strategy, venture development, or related fields.Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, evaluate business opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations.Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.Experience building business cases, opportunity assessments, and investment recommendations.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and work independently with limited direction.Preferred ExperienceExposure to venture building, startup ecosystems, innovation programs, or new product development.Experience evaluating AI, Generative AI, SaaS, fintech, enterprise software, or emerging technology opportunities.Familiarity with pricing strategy, commercialization, or go-to-market planning.Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.What Makes Someone SuccessfulNaturally curious about technology, business models, and market disruption.Structured problem solver who can break down complex challenges into actionable insights.Comfortable operating in environments where the path forward is not always defined.Able to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.Excited by the opportunity to help shape and launch entirely new businesses.
