Our team comprises highly talented, experienced individuals dedicated to delivering the best possible experience for our customers every time.About The RoleRealm Health is recruiting a hands-on Trainer responsible for learning our day-to-day operations, documenting them into clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and designing and facilitating training that drives consistent execution across teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with the business, can quickly absorb new processes, and takes pride in turning complexity into clarity. You will work directly with leadership and frontline teams to ensure that our training aligns with our operations.What You'll DoProcess Learning & SOP CreationLearn operational workflows through shadowing, observation, and collaboration with internal teamsDocument processes into clear, usable SOPs that support consistency and scaleMaintain and update SOPs as processes evolveFlag gaps, redundancies, and inconsistencies in current workflowsTraining Design & DeliveryDesign onboarding and refresher training aligned to documented SOPsCreate training materials, including slides, guides, and job aidsFacilitate live and virtual training sessions for new hires and existing employeesEnsure training is practical, engaging, and execution-focusedEnablement & SupportPartner with team leads to reinforce process adherence and adoptionSupport new hire ramp and ongoing skill developmentHelp establish repeatable training standards as the organization growsOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience required.2–5+ years of experience in training, enablement, operations, or process documentationExperience documenting workflows or creating SOPsStrong presentation and facilitation skillsClear, concise writing abilityAbility to learn new systems and processes quickly
