Manage and integrate activities in accordance with contract requirements and ensure sprints and deliverables are met. Assist in establishing, sustaining, and improving team priorities, ceremonies, documentation, and reporting metrics. Build rapport with the customer, leadership, and team while guiding and coaching Scrum Teams in using Agile Methodology and Scrum practices. Implementing Scaled Agile Frameworks into multiple high value IT delivery projects. This position will be a hybrid opportunity with on site support in Herndon, VA. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesigning and developing a data management solution for the DoD.\nWorking in a fast-paced environment that builds cloud-based and air gapped DevSecOps platforms and products to a government customer.\nSupporting the team by displaying an authentic understanding and concern for a team member's technical capabilities or roadblocks.\nSupporting team members in resolving interpersonal conflicts, problem-solving, and decision-making.\nFocusing on the needs of team members and serve with the goal of achieving results in line with the organization's values, principles, and business objectives.\nSupporting the personal development of team members, helping them gain a continuous learning mindset.\nGuiding the team to find solutions to their problems independently instead of being given the answers.\nHelping the team provide transparency by ensuring artifacts are inspected, identifying significant differences between expected and actual results, and detecting anti-patterns.\nUnderstanding and educate the team on methods beyond Scrum, such as SAFe, Team Kanban, Flow, Built-in Quality, and more.\nRequired Qualifications:\n3+ years of relevant experience\n3 Years of experience leading Agile ceremonies\n3 Years of experience managing and decomposing product backlogs\n3 Years of experience facilitating customer requirements meetings and product demos\nExperience scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, decision-making process, and help resolve conflicts and issues\nExperience with monitoring progress, performance, and assisting teams to make improvements\nProven experience leading working sessions with product owners to review and determine requirements, scope, and schedule constraints\nExperience with DevSecOps and agile methodology\nUnderstanding of creating and implementing systems software, analyzing data, and improving processes or workflows\nExperience performing a secure configuration baseline\nBachelor's Degree or Certifications in related field\nUS Citizenship and the ability to obtain a minimum of a Secret security clearance\nDesired Qualifications:\nExperience in DoD cloud computing environments\nCertified Scrum Master (CSM)\nProject or Program Management experience\n\nThis position is located in Herndon, VA.
