The role involves leading IT Change, Incident, and Problem Management initiatives, leveraging the ServiceNow platform to optimize workflows and ensure service quality.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and enhance IT Change, Incident, and Problem Management processes. Act as Incident/Major Incident Manager during high priority events, ensuring rapid resolution. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze workflows and recommend improvements. Monitor performance metrics and provide reporting to management. Deliver training and guidance on ITSM best practices. Required Skills & QualificationsStrong expertise in IT Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management. ITIL Foundations Certification (mandatory). Hands on ServiceNow experience in ITSM workflows. Proven ability in process improvement and optimization. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of ITSM experience. Candidate Profile: Analytical thinker with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Passionate about process optimization and service excellence, with a track record of successful ITSM project delivery.
