The successful candidate will assist program leadership and project teams in coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation, supporting meetings, monitoring schedules, and facilitating communication among stakeholders.\nThis position is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment supporting scientific, technical, digital, research, and information management initiatives. The Program Support individual will help ensure efficient day-to-day operations while contributing to the successful delivery of program objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide day-to-day administrative, operational, and project coordination support to program managers, project teams, and technical staff.\nCoordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document discussions, track action items, and support team communications and stakeholder engagement.\nMaintain project schedules, milestone trackers, deliverable logs, status reports, and supporting documentation.\nAssist with planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities, assignments, deliverables, review cycles, and approval processes.\nSupport onboarding activities, staffing coordination, and resource tracking across the program.\nDevelop, maintain, and organize project documentation, standard operating procedures, electronic files, and program records.\nCompile and manage information for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting, including data collection and performance tracking activities.\nCoordinate follow-up actions with team members and stakeholders to support timely completion of assigned tasks and deliverables.\nMaintain shared repositories, knowledge management resources, and document control processes, including version management and records maintenance.\nProvide customer-focused support and assist with emerging priorities, special projects, and operational activities as needed.\nSupport transition, continuity, and knowledge-transfer activities as needed.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma\n4+ years of professional experience supporting projects, programs, operations, administration, research activities, or customer support services.\n2+ years’ experience supporting scientific, healthcare, research, library, metadata, information management, or digital services programs.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Health, Information Science, Communications, Library Science, Project Management, or a related field.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.\nAbility to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders.\nExperience supporting federal government programs.\nFamiliarity with project management methodologies and tools.\nExperience maintaining project documentation repositories and collaboration platforms.\nWorking at ICF\nICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we’re not your typical consultants.
