Job DescriptionCreative Director – Men’s Lifestyle Apparel BrandWe’re hiring a Creative Director to help shape the future of a premium men’s lifestyle apparel brand — from campaign concept and product storytelling to photoshoots, launches, digital experiences, and the overall feel of how we show up in the world.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think strategically, move quickly, lead a team, and understand a high-level brand design for a customer that’s writing marketing copy, build a site and the ability to run ideas into work that gets attention and drives the brand forward.Not just ads. The full picture.What You'll DoLead Creative Strategy & ExecutionTranslate marketing goals into clear, compelling creative ideasDevelop campaigns across paid media, web, wholesale, and organic channelsBring fresh thinking and new campaign concepts that help connect stand out in the lifestyle apparel categoryCollaborate closely with the Founder/CMO to help shape marketing direction and creative strategyIntroduce new ideas, storytelling approaches, and creative opportunities that continue leveling up the brandBalance Timeless Brand Consistency with Style, Relevant ExecutionBuild Product Stories from the Ground UpPartner with product teams to develop tribe briefs ahead of launchesHelp shape product narratives, messaging, and go-to-market storytellingCreate every campaign from a single, strong point of view behind itWork Across TeamsCollaborate closely with Product, Wholesale, CX, Marketing, and E-CommerceHelp ensure the brand experience feels cohesive across every customer touchpointLead Creative ProductionConcept, plan, and execute photoshoots and video productionsWork closely with designers, copywriters, photographers, and creators to bring campaigns to lifeMaintain High Creative StandardsShape the brand’s visual identity and create all deliverables and channelsPartner with E-Commerce and Marketing teams on website creative, landing pages, product storytelling, and overall site experienceHelp ensure paid social creative and digital marketing assets feel elevated, on-brand, and performance-mindedLead & Develop the TeamProvide strong creative leadership, direction, and feedback to the internal creative teamHelp mentor emerging talent and move quicklyBring a high level of accountability, energy, and follow-through to the workWhat We’re Looking For5+ years in creative roles (brand and/or agency)2+ years leading creative teamsStrong portfolio showing brand storytelling, campaign thinking, paid social creative, and digital designStrong understanding of paid social creative and what makes campaigns resonate across digital channelsExperience working on website design, e-commerce storytelling, and digital brand experiencesComfortable being both strategic and hands-on
