Speech-Language Pathologist - Home Health

We are offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs).As an SLP, you will provide personalized, one-on-one care in patients' homes, ensuring high-quality services with a flexible schedule and a supportive, family-like environment.Conduct evaluations, assess home environments, and identify equipment needs related to speech/language function.Develop and implement individualized plans to improve speech and communication.Administer therapy using specialized techniques and recommend communication aids.Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate care.Participate in meetings, prepare documentation, and maintain clinical competency.Educate patients and caregivers, and supervise aides as needed.Qualifications include a master's or doctoral degree in SLP, state licensure or equivalent, at least one year of clinical experience, and successful completion of a national exam. The role offers a flexible schedule and involves in-person services in patients' homes.
