The Program Manager will provide leadership to Project Leads and support personnel in managing all operational aspects, including program execution, growth, and risks management.\n\nResponsibilities:\nPlan, coordinate, implement, and oversee all government requirements as specified within the performance work statement and as applicable to audit requirements\nReview tasks to ensure they are within the scope of the contract\nDistribute all work assigned the Contractor team via the contractor Technical Team Management Support\nReview deliverables to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance of the task(s)\nEnsure the training of all contractor personnel\nReview weekly Situation Reports (SITREPs).\nServe as the main Point of Contract (POC) for all contractor personnel\nProvide Status Reports on property management transactions, deliverables and other tasks as outlined in the performance work statement\nOther Duties as assigned\nQualifications:\nMaster's Degree in any Business-related field or any bachelors degree and additional five (5) years in DoD organizations, as military or government civilian or similarly situated government or commercial organization.\nMinimum fifteen (15) Years of combined experience with DOD or other federal agency in Financial Management, Program Management, IT, Material Management or Logistics\nMinimum five (5) years Program/Project Management experience\nCertified as Program/Project Management Professional (PMP) or **DAWIA Level III PM certification or additional 5 years' (total of 10 years) Program/Project Management experience on a DoD contract.\nDAU Lifecycle Logistics Level I certified\nMust be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite\n\nTargeted salary range is $142,000 to $158,000 annually based on qualifications and experience.\n\nPhysical Demands\n\nMust be able to lift 10-15 pounds or more on occasion.\nMust be able to stand and walk for prolonged period amounts of time.\nMust be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically.\n\nSECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for this contract.\n\nPlease note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
