About Our Company: The International Management Team is a new management Company looking for individuals to help provide professional and high-quality experience that exceeds guest's expectations.Job Summary:We are looking for a Handy Man on the south end of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to help upkeep the Resort. Our Handy Man will be doing a variety of different tasks and needs to be experienced in their field.We are not looking for a contract worker; we are looking for someone to join our team as an employee.Key Responsibilities:Understand how to multitask and prioritize projectsAssist with interior and exterior resort operationsPerform routine repairs and preventative maintenance on the property, equipment, and fixturesIdentify and address potential safety hazards to ensure a secure environmentMaintain the cleanliness and functionality of the roof, pool areas, and HVAC equipmentLoading and unloading materials and equipment as neededService and repair landscaping equipmentOrganize and maintain the cleanliness of the maintenance shopPerform drywall installation and finishing work as neededUtilize painting skills for finishing and touch-up tasksWhat we're looking for:Minimum 3 years of experience with maintenance requiredCollaboration, communication, and listening skillsTime management and organization to keep track of all daily dutiesExperience operating handheld power tools safelyBasic knowledge of electricity and plumbingExperience working in a resort or hotelPay: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour - Depending on ExperienceJob Type: Full-TimeSchedule: FlexibleWork Location: Myrtle Beach, South CarolinaThank you for your interest in working with The International Management Team!
