For more than 20 years First Article, Inc. has been a full service contract manufacturer specializing in the production of high quality, complex machined component parts and assemblies.\nCandidates should have the following qualifications:\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nUse machine simulation software to ensure collision free code.\nMILL PROGRAMER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nProgram parts and Design fixtures using HyperCad/HyperMill.\nProgram Swiss and CNC turning centers using PartMaker and SolidWorks\nHave general knowledge of G&M code functions.\nDevelop manufacturing process for new 3-, 4-, and 5-axis parts.\nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS\nExperience with GD&T, Self-Starter / Self-Motivated / Flexible / Detail-Oriented. Reliable and dependable.\nPositive internal and company focused attitude.\nMust enjoy fast pace and rapidly changing team environment.\nStrong ability to organize, prioritize and communicate.\nResponsibility of projects to ensure meeting customer delivery.\nOn-the-job training/growth will be provided for the motivated applicant.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
