Facility space restrictions may necessitate part-time or full-time telework.)\n\nClearance Required: TIER 2: Non-critical sensitive position (Must be able to obtain and maintain)\n\nStatus: Full-Time\n\nAnticipated Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000 annually\n\nKnowesis is seeking a Program Manager (Task Order) who is responsible for the overall execution of the contract, overseeing contractor personnel and deliverables to ensure the successful accomplishment of the PHCoE mission. This leader will apply project management best practices to monitor day-to-day operations and manage specific project objectives, constraints, and resources.\n\nThe Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:\n\nEffectively support the organization through direct oversight of contractor personnel, task execution, and deliverables.\n Manage specified project objectives, project constraints (scope, schedule, cost, quality), project risk, and coordinate project resources.\nMonitor and direct day-to-day operations to ensure that policies and procedures are followed and that goals and objectives are met.\nAct as the primary liaison between the contractor team and government technical leads/Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nBachelor's Degree.\nAt least 8 years of full-time work experience as a contract program manager overseeing contracts/task orders of similar size and complexity.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification.\nPrior experience managing military health or psychological health programs.\n\nBenefits:\n\nHealth (PPO & HDHP) Insurance, Dental, Vision, STD & LTD, Basic Life Insurance, 401k Company Match, & Voluntary Products.\n\nKnowesis is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals based on merit and qualifications.
