We’re seeking a seasoned Physician Assistant with a strong outpatient psychiatry background to lead a team of Advanced Practice Providers.
This position combines hands-on patient care with mentorship and program oversight.
Position Responsibilities:
Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and medication management
Provide ongoing treatment for outpatient patients
Lead, coach, and support PAs and NPs
Partner with psychiatrists, therapists, and care teams
Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications:
CA-licensed PA (unrestricted)
5+ years outpatient psychiatry experience (adult, child/adolescent, or both)
Leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and team-building skills

Pay: $190,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
