Over time, the Senior Partner Program Manager will expand the ecosystem to include strategic relationships across insurance, staffing, EHS technology, workplace safety, wellness, healthcare services, and other complementary industries.\nThis is a highly cross-functional role that combines business development, partner management, program development, marketing coordination, and operational execution. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, process-oriented, and excited to build a scalable partner program where little formal infrastructure exists today.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nPartner Recruitment & Ecosystem Growth\nIdentify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners aligned with WorkCare's growth goals.\nBuild a target account list and partner recruitment strategy focused on:\nBrokers and consultants\nTPAs\nWorkers' compensation carriers\nStaffing organizations\nEHS and safety providers\nInsurance and risk management firms\nOccupational health and healthcare organizations\nTechnology partners\nDevelop outreach strategies to engage prospective partners.\nEvaluate potential partnerships based on strategic fit, market opportunity, and revenue potential.\nBuild and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective partners.\nPartner Program Development\nDesign and implement WorkCare's partner program infrastructure.\nDevelop partner tiers, eligibility requirements, benefits, and engagement models.\nCreate partner onboarding, activation, and retention processes.\nBuild partner playbooks, workflows, documentation, and program guidelines.\nCollaborate with leadership to establish partner goals, incentives, and success criteria.\nDevelop scalable processes that support future program growth.\nPartner Enablement & Engagement\nCreate partner onboarding and training programs.\nDevelop partner-facing resources including:\nSales materials\nService overviews\nPlaybooks\nPresentations\nFAQs\nMarketing collateral\nEnsure partners understand WorkCare's solutions, value proposition, and referral process.\nConduct regular partner meetings and business reviews.\nDevelop programs that increase partner engagement, referrals, and opportunity creation.\nCo-Marketing & Demand Generation\nCollaborate with the marketing team to execute partner marketing initiatives.\nSupport development of:\nJoint webinars\nEvents\nCampaigns\nContent collaborations\nReferral programs\nThought leadership opportunities\nCoordinate co-marketing activities that generate awareness, leads, and pipeline.\nIdentify opportunities for strategic account targeting with partners.\nRevenue & Pipeline Growth\nDrive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline growth.\nWork closely with Sales and Business Development teams to align partner activities with revenue objectives.\nFacilitate introductions, referrals, and co-selling opportunities.\nTrack partner-generated opportunities from initial engagement through closed business.\nSupport annual pipeline and revenue goals associated with partner channels.\nProgram Operations & Analytics\nImplement processes and reporting that measure partner performance.\nTrack:\nPartner recruitment\nPartner activity\nReferrals\nPipeline creation\nRevenue contribution\nProgram engagement\nMaintain partner records and performance metrics in CRM systems.\nDevelop dashboards and executive reporting on partner program effectiveness.\nContinuously improve program operations using performance data and partner feedback.\nPerform additional duties and assume additional responsibilities as identified by manager for the efficient operation of WorkCare.\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field\n5–8+ years of experience in:\nPartnerships\nChannel development\nBusiness development\nAlliance management\nPartner marketing\nStrategic relationship management\nDemonstrated success recruiting and managing external business partners.\nExperience building programs, processes, or operational frameworks.\nStrong project management and organizational skills.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced growth environment.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.\nExperience collaborating across sales, marketing, operations, and executive leadership.\nProficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms.\nPreferred Experience\nOccupational health\nHealthcare services\nWorkers' compensation\nInsurance and risk management\nEmployee benefits\nStaffing organizations\nEHS and workplace safety industries\nExperience launching or scaling a partner program from the ground up\nExperience working with brokers, TPAs, carriers, consultants, or referral networks\nSkills and Competencies\nStrong ability to execute campaigns across multiple channels and stakeholders.\nStrong project management and communication skills.\nStrong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.\nMust be able to demonstrate the ability of maintaining privacy and confidentiality.\nStrong critical thinking skills;
