Mobile App Developer with deep expertise in React Native to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.\r\nThis role is ideal for a hands-on technical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and can collaborate effectively within a small, high-performing team distributed across US and global time zones.\r\nYou will play a key role in architectural decisions, technical solutioning, mentorship, and delivery execution while helping shape best practices and mobile engineering standards.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nLead end-to-end development of mobile applications using React Native\r\nArchitect scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile solutions\r\nOwn technical solutioning and contribute to system design decisions\r\nCollaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, and DevOps teams throughout implementation and delivery\r\nPartner closely with Product Owners during discovery and delivery to shape requirements, clarify technical tradeoffs, and influence roadmap decisions\r\nWork effectively with US-based and remote team members across time zones\r\nConduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices\r\nOptimize application performance, stability, and responsiveness\r\nIntegrate APIs, third-party SDKs, and native modules\r\nParticipate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery commitments\r\nPlan and coordinate mobile releases across iOS and Android in partnership with Product, QA, and Backend teams\r\nMonitor application health post-deployment, including crashes, performance metrics, and user-reported issues, and drive timely remediation\r\nBe part of an on-call rotation\r\nMentor and guide junior and mid-level developers\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\n7+ years of software engineering experience\r\n4+ years of strong hands-on experience with React Native\r\nProven experience delivering production-grade apps on both iOS and Android\r\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript\r\nDeep understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.)\r\nExperience with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, or similar)\r\nStrong knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming\r\nExperience bridging React Native with native modules (Swift/Objective-C and/or Kotlin/Java)\r\nStrong debugging and performance optimization skills\r\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments\r\nExcellent communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions\r\nExperience working in distributed teams across multiple time zones\r\nNice to Have\r\nPrior experience in FinTech, payments, or regulated industries\r\nExperience with mobile
