This role will require the engineer to be onsite. The role is geared toward a Quality Engineer with 1–3 years of experience and requires the engineer to be a U.S. citizen due to ITAR regulations.\n\nThe Quality Engineer is responsible for supporting and facilitating the quality system in all company processes to assure ongoing improvements in quality performance and customer satisfaction. This role will work closely with all company departments and processes to ensure continuity in company quality objectives and support operations by providing the necessary procedures, practices, and information to assure the quality objectives are met, optimizing overall productivity.\n\nEssential Duties And Responsibilities\n\nAssist in directing and managing the implementation of the quality plan as prescribed by quality management.\n\nFacilitate the development of Quality Systems to provide consistent inspection and testing to meet company objectives and improve customer satisfaction.\n\nAssist in the development, maintenance, and reporting of quality measurements and analysis.\n\nHelp determine the adequacy and accuracy of quality standards.
