This position requires excellent communication skills with field personnel, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will work closely with office, field, and lab team members to facilitate project success and uphold the high standards of Alta E&I.\nKey Responsibilities:\nConduct regular reviews of project documents and reports to identify and address errors and inconsistencies.\nCoordinate project activities and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.\nMonitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders.\nWork closely with project managers, engineers, and technicians to allocation resources effectively.\nOrganize and lead project meetings and ensuring clear communication and follow-up on action items. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to enhance productivity and morale.\nMaintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, reports, and correspondence.\nPrepare comprehensive project reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.\nEnsure all project documentation complies with company standards and industry regulations.\nAssist in quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of project deliverables.\nProvide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.\n\nQualifications:\nProven experience in project coordination or project management within the construction materials testing and inspections.\nStrong understanding of construction materials testing methods and various municipality jurisdictional standard.\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.\nExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.\n\nWhy Alta?\nSee your impact.\nHow many people can drive by a highway, school, or major company and say, “I helped build that?”\nAt Alta, every employee can.
