Summit Interconnect is a manufacturer of advanced technology printed circuit boards with a specific focus on complex rigid and rigid-flex product with unique expertise in RF/Microwave applications.\nPosition Summary: Reading customer blueprints, Summit Traveler. Knowledge of Military and Commercial work. Using calipers and micrometer and measurement eye loop. Knowledge of route setup programs, edit CNC, counter sinks, counter bore, score setup and program, bevel set up. Trouble shoot in process problems.\nQualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a minimum of one (1) year experience in the printed circuit board industry and must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.\nResponsibilities:\nFabrication of in process panels/boards and final fabrication of panels/boards.\nEnsure quality.\nPerforms other department or company-related tasks at the direction of the department Supervisor.\nAuthorities:\nAlert QA when product does not conform to customer specification.\nPhysical Requirements:\nThis position requires the individual to perform for the entire shift while standing.\nMust be able to lift 50 lbs.\nJob Requirements:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nMinimum one (1) year experience in printed circuit board industry in fabrication.\nAbility to communicate with managers and supervisors.\nBasic mathematical and reasoning ability required.\nMust have very good concentration, must be able remain focused with minor interruptions.\nCompensation/Benefits:\nSummit offers a variety of health and benefit programs which include Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA plans, Hospital and Accident plans, Life Insurance, PTO, and Paid Holidays.\n\nITAR Compliance Notice\nThis position requires compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
