watch for obvious defects, abnormal sounds, equipment issues, or unsafe conditions and notify supervision when concerns arise.\nPerform basic visual checks and simple measurements as instructed to help confirm parts meet work order and quality requirements.\nSeparate, identify, or report nonconforming parts, scrap, or rework items according to company procedures.\nAssist with cleaning parts, removing debris, organizing tools, and maintaining housekeeping in the work area.\nCommunicate production status, part counts, equipment concerns, safety issues, and quality concerns to supervisors, leads, quality personnel, maintenance, or other operators as needed.\nReview and follow assigned job orders, work instructions, and production requirements as directed by the supervisor, lead, or setup personnel.\nComplete required production and basic inspection documentation accurately and in a timely manner, including recording part counts, scrap, rework, downtime, and other required job information.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\nComply with all company policies and procedures, including Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Assurance requirements;
