Project Engineer

Location: Jingoli HQ 100 Lenox Address: Lusby, MD Organization: Joseph Jingoli & Son, Inc. Job Type: Full-Time Posting Date: 01/14/2026 Role and Responsibilities Support management and field teams in the construction of various infrastructure projects. Travel to and work from field office locations located throughout NJ and region. Track time and quantities for project accounting. Review field reports for accuracy and tracking. Prepare and track submittals and RFIs. Assist the PM and Superintendent with documentation and coordination of all purchases and deliveries. Interface with client, engineers, inspectors and authorities having jurisdiction over the work. Assist the Superintendent and field crews with onboarding, timesheets and safety resources for work. Attended project meetings and document minutes. Maintain project schedules, production logs and budget & cost tracking. Take ownership of all project documentation including distribution to field crews and subcontractors as well as maintaining as built records. Perform material take-offs and prepare change orders. Assist the team with project close out documentation. Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Construction Engineering or related field. 0-5 years of experience in the construction of heavy civil, utility, or infrastructure projects. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Basic knowledge of construction and engineering principles. Familiar with reading and understanding construction drawings and specifications. Ability to communicate effectively within the Company as well as with clients and external parties. Detail oriented and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Bluebeam Revu.AutoCAD a plus. Knowledge of project management and scheduling software preferred.
