Senior Full-Stack React/Node Engineer- Backend FocusLocation: RemoteContract-to-Hire: $75-$85 per hour / $150-$170kOur client is in search of a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their growing team. You will help to build out our client's new platform that runs their entire business.Job Duties:Design, build, and deploy scalable and reliable full-stack applications.Must have data-centric experienceLead development efforts on projectsProvide guidance and mentor junior team membersCollaborate with cross-functional teamsBuild and maintain microservices and REST APIs using JS, TypeScript, and Node.jsBuild and maintain event-based system with AWS EventBridge, SQS, and other messaging servicesBuild and maintain database and data lake schemas for use in DynamoDB, Postgres, S3 and Athena servicesImplement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Terraform, and monitoring toolsRequired Skills:Node.js, React, Redux, Express and React NativeStrong understanding of JavaScript/TypescriptExperience with AWS Cognito and CloudWatchDatabase experience with DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, or MSSQLKnowledge of automated testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress)Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub ActionsExperience with cloud deployment tools like TerraformInfrastructure as Code proficiencyStrong understanding of security best practicesAbility to mentor junior developersWelcome to ConsultNet, a premier national provider of technology talent and solutions.
