We are proud to provide stable jobs, excellent benefits, and opportunities for growth.\nResponsibilities\nRead work orders and verbal instructions to determine materials or components required\nLay, feed, or pile down materials at equipment as directed\nJog product off counter stacker and stack neatly on skids for smooth transfer to the next department\nSeparate signatures, count, weigh, and record materials handled on daily production sheets\nComplete skid flags and packaging slips for accurate tracking\nInstall strapping, bracing, or padding to secure materials during transit\nAttach identifying tags or labels to materials, or mark information on containers\nStack or assemble materials into bundles and secure with banding equipment\nOccasionally operate automated equipment, industrial trucks, or hoists to assist with loading and moving materials\n\nQualifications\nBasic knowledge of warehouse layout, item identification codes, and storage procedures\nAbility to feed, stock, move, jog, arrange, unload, and rotate items on/off bindery or finishing equipment\nAbility to complete stock description forms, unit counts, and labeling requirements\nSkill with manual dollies, carts, hand trucks, and tools for material handling (hammers, pliers, strapping tools, stretch wrapping tools, etc.)\n\nDesired Skills\nExperience operating bindery or production machinery in a printing or manufacturing environment\nFamiliarity with industrial safety standards and practices\nAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environment\n\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods of time\nAbility to lift and maneuver up to 20 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently\nAbility to bend, twist, and reach in various positions to complete tasks\nAbility to work in a noisy environment while using required protective equipment\nAbility to maintain focus and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment\n\nCompensation and Benefits\nCompetitive hourly pay plus $0.80/hour shift differential for 3rd shift\nFull benefits after 30 days (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and more)\nPaid holidays, plus one personal holiday of your choice\nOpportunities for growth and development\nReferral bonuses and employee discount programs\nSafety shoe reimbursement\nHearing protection provided\nFree onsite Active Release Therapy consultations\n\nCJK Group is an Equal Opportunity employer.
