Description of the Role This job entails working as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Home Health. You will be joining the dedicated team at Interim HealthCare to provide exceptional care and support to our patients. Responsibilities Administering medications and treatments as prescribed Monitoring patient progress and documenting any changes in the condition Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care Assisting with activities of daily living and promoting independence Requirements A valid LPN license in the state of Florida 1 year of experience Strong clinical and assessment skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
