Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, applicable laws and current Good Manufacturing Practices in the code of Federal Regulations. Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning tasks, directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.\n\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\n\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, extreme heat, moving parts and vibrations. The noise level in the work environment can be from moderate to loud.\n\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\n\nRegularly required to talk or hear; frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
