We support Fortune 500 clients such as T-Mobile, Verizon, and AT&T.\n\nWe are seeking a Utility Coordinator to assist our team with ongoing expansion. The Utility Coordinator is responsible for scheduling with utility companies (Fiber, Electric, Gas) for onsite site visits, utility walks, and managing installation of new utilities at our project sites. This role requires strong analytical and project management skills.\n\nThis is a fully remote role. Must be able to work Central Standard Hours. Come join in our success!\n\nPay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 plus bonus\n\nFactors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.\n\nBenefits:\n\n401K – with company match up to 6%\nHealthcare: Medical, Dental, Vision with BCBS as the carrier\nCompany paid life insurance\nShort- and long-term disability benefits\nVacation pay and sick pay\nMinimum of 10 paid holidays\nEndless opportunities for growth!\n\n Key Responsibilities:\n\nCoordinate with utility companies (Fiber, Electric, Gas) to schedule site visits and utility walks.\nUpdate project trackers with current statuses and projected completion dates.\nDocument communications with clients, utility providers, and create detailed checklists.\nCollaborate with the Project Manager, Lead Designers, and Site Acquisition Manager on utility plans.\nResearch and work with utility companies in rural areas to provide needed services.\nSupport the Site Acquisition Dept. with utility availability and forecasting for clients.\nCommunicate with the team regarding standards, procedures, and design requirements.\nUp to 10% travel to sites to participate in site walks for proposed utility installation. Expenses covered by the firm.\n\nSkills & Qualifications:\n\nExperience working with utility companies to install electric and gas services.\nKnowledge of basic electrical language (voltage, amperage, etc).\nAble to absorb standards from multiple power firms for use in completing power applications. Able to manage MANY in process power applications.\nBasic understanding of power elements on construction plans.\nBasic understanding of engineering drawings, construction practices, and realistic timelines.\nStrong communication and numeracy skills.\nProficient in research and computer skills.\nStrong organizational skills with high attention to detail.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.\n\nConcordia Wireless is a division of Concordia Group.
