This role involves creating innovative solutions to technical challenges, providing system support with automation, modern tools, and overseeing projects to ultimately deliver the end product.\n\nPosition Responsibilities:\n\nLeads Ground and System Level verification, validation, integration and test\n\nLeads the planning, organization, implementation of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity and technology readiness\n\nApplies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, and develop requirements\n\nDevelops and executes test plans, procedures, and verification reports\n\nResolves cross-functional technical issues\n\nEvaluates customer/operational needs to define system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces\n\nPerforms various analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture supporting mission success\n\nWrites requirements and ICDs for the ground systems\n\nSupports ConOps development and product design, development, and test\n\nDevelops Ground Segment Operational Products in support of Space based systems\n\nSupports complex system level threads required to run missions in space\n\nWorks with a team of engineers using scaled agile development process\n\nEngages in model-based systems engineering\n\nLeads, mentors, and trains others\n\nThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed locations.\n\nThis worksite participates in Boeing’s 9/80 schedule rotation. 9/80 is a rotation in which employees can work 9 hour shifts, 8 days per pay period (bi-weekly) and receive every other Friday off.\n\nThis position requires an active U.S. Top Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
