OverviewServiceNow Integration Business Process Consultant – Remote working USA or Canada. Contract (3+ months) ~30 hours per week. Note: THIS IS NOT A DEVELOPER ROLE. ResponsibilitiesEngage in workshops to capture business requirements and translate into ServiceNow solutions. Develop dashboards and reports as needed to support business processes. Lead and manage user stories, write acceptance criteria, and deliver solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful integration and process improvements. QualificationsServiceNow – 5+ years of experience. CSA, CAD, and 2 CIS certifications – ESSENTIAL. Business Process Consultant (BPC) – ESSENTIAL. Integration implementation experience – ESSENTIAL. Excellent communication or consultancy skills. Ability to work independently. DetailsRate: $80-90 per hour. Location: Remote (USA or Canada). Duration: 3+ months, ~30 hours/week.
