Duties
Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble sandwiches according to company standards, maintaining high food safety and sanitation practices
Engage with customers in a friendly, efficient manner, upselling menu items to enhance their experience and increase sales
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and food prep zones by bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and managing waste effectively
Manage time efficiently during busy hours to ensure quick service without compromising quality
Follow all food handling regulations and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests
Support team members with food preparation tasks and assist in stocking supplies as needed
Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, food service or quick-service restaurant environments
Excellent time management skills to handle fast-paced shifts efficiently
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment within a café or retail grocery setting

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
