We're looking for a DevOps Engineer who thrives at the intersection of infrastructure, automation, and reliability. You'll play a critical role in keeping our platform fast, secure, and scalable.\n\nYou Role at Orange Logic:\n\nDesign, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable software delivery\nManage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) with a focus on performance and cost efficiency\nImplement infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent) to drive consistency and repeatability\nMonitor system health, respond to incidents, and lead post-mortems to continuously improve reliability\nCollaborate with engineering teams to embed DevOps best practices into the development lifecycle\nChampion security standards across environments\nDrive automation initiatives that eliminate toil and accelerate team velocity\n\nIdeal Qualifications:\n\n3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering role\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)\nProficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)\nStrong understanding of CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, or equivalent)\nExperience with monitoring and observability stacks (Datadog, Grafana, PagerDuty, etc.)\nScripting fluency in Python, Bash, or similar\nA security-first mindset and familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001 a plus)\nSaaS or enterprise software environment experience strongly preferred\n\nPerks of joining the team:\n\nCompetitive compensation\nMedical, Dental, & Vision Insurance\nLife & Disability Insurance\n401(k) & Roth with 4% employer match (fully vested)\n20 Days PTO\n8 Weeks Parental Leave\n8 Company Holidays\nRemote Work Environment\n\nCompensation:\n\nThe target compensation for this position is $120,000 - 140,000 in most remote locations.
