Be part of the journey.\r\nRole Overview and Responsibilities\r\nIntroduction:\r\nResponsible for the hand assembly of parts into the electronic circuit board for conformance to established specifications.\r\nKey Responsibilities:Demonstrate ability to properly assemble components into printed circuit boardsdemonstrate proper technique for clinching and trimming leadsdemonstrate proper material handling techniques to ensure component reliability and to avoid damaging components and boardsset-up, verify, and use tools and equipment in areaoperate and verify torque of torque wrenchesfollow requirements for 1st piece inspections and in-process auditsidentify and segregate non-conforming materialreview shelf life of materials prior to usage (when applicable)demonstrate proper handling precautions when working with process chemicals and materialsmeasure height requirements with appropriate measuring tools when requiredable to identify work order, assembly number, and revision level of assembly from manufacturing instructionscorrectly handles process deviation or ECO is in the manufacturing instructionswork without assistance using manufacturing instructions with acceptable quality resultsuse the appropriate method to request changes, corrections or clarification to a manufacturing instructionperform general area/equipment/machine cleaningOther duties may be assigned.Qualifications, Skills and Attributes\r\nCore Requirements:\r\nto perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability or increased ability to see color, or perceive color differences, under normal lighting conditions.\r\nWork Environment : The Team member is subject to inside environmental conditions: Protection from weather conditions but not room temperature changes, there is sufficient noise to cause the worker to increase volume in order to be heard above ambient noise level. The Team member is subjected to atmospheric conditions including odors 90-100% of the time.\r\nDesireable Skills and Experience:\r\nSafety is a core responsibility of this position. Team members are expected to perform all job duties in accordance with company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and established procedures. This includes wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), participating in safety training, immediately reporting unsafe conditions or incidents, and stopping work when unsafe conditions exist.
